  • Our hotels are looking for an AREA SALES MANAGER! Veterans and
    spouses welcome! You'll need to be energetic, driven, and motivated
    by competition and success. If this is you, you're invited to come join a

  • If you enjoy uncovering revenue and are ready for the challenge of
    generating revenue for three notable hotels, this position is for you.
    Core responsibilities are to generate group business in designated
    market segments, and maximize revenue profitability using proactive
    sales activities in accordance with established hotel brand standards.
  • This is for a total of three branded hotels located in the Midtown
    Anchorage area.
    • Prospect for new business through solicitation, networking and
      sales calls.
    • Improve hotel visibility by conducting outside sales calls/blitzes,
      attending trade shows as well as marketing assigned events.
    • Design and deliver marketing promotions and campaigns
      involving direct mail, social media, ads, and more.
    • You'll be expected to meet or exceed established monthly,
      quarterly and annual targeted sales goals and profit margins.
    • Maintain an active list of accounts and use your communications
      skills to ensure continuous relationship development.
