We currently have an open position to join our team to support our Sales staff.  The successful candidate will be well organized, detailed oriented, personable and experienced in Microsoft Office products.  Direct experience in Sales Support is required.  Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but needs strong English skills as well.

Summary:

Sales Administrative Support, provides support to Sales Staff for:

  • Creating and tracking proposals, including pricing
  • Helping to create and research items for image packages
  • Ordering and Tracking purchases for the sale
  • Helping with tasks needed to install the product as needed
  • Organizing all sales and expense info and have it readily available to report to management
  • Additional tasks as needed

Tasks Include:

You will work directly with Sales people to get sales approved and installed.  Working with Sales staff you will create and revise proposals and image packages.  This involves finding the products and pricing them with correct mark up.  Learning how to work with each customer to make sure documents get reviewed and processed quickly.  Logging all actions on a sale into our Sales Tool.  Placing orders with vendors and tracking/ensuring products arrive when needed.  Accompany Sales staff to meetings as needed.  Provide cost analysis of sale after completion.

  • Be reliable and responsible with a clean appearance.

  • Be able to prioritize and manage time.
  • Be able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Have good computer skills.  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage.
  • Enjoy organizing for others.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Have good communication and people skills.
  • Clean background check.
  • Experience with plants is not required, but horticulture background is a plus
